Compassion Reset: Practices for Recharging & Thriving


Hi Reader,

Wishing you moments of joy wherever possible—and plenty of courage, lots and lots of courage.

This morning, I pulled a little prank on my kids by freezing their cereal! It was hilarious, though they found it somewhat annoying— which made it even funnier (to me!).

Joy is always a radical act, and it helps our Heart Qi house all other emotions.

I hope you enjoyed the mung bean congee from last month (if you made it!) and if you’d like to revisit it, you can find the recipe on my ​creator profile.

I’ve been noticing how many of us are feeling especially drained.

While I don’t have all the answers, I do have restorative practices for you to explore. I won’t promise quick fixes, but I can offer my experience of finding resources, grounding, and care, time and again for myself and 100's of clients.
